Joey & George's can create a special food event, elegantly presented at the location which you desire and within your budget. We have no prescribed menus from which you must choose. Our staff will create a menu around your budget. Our dishes are never prepared elsewhere and dropped off. J & G staff prepares all dishes at an on-site preparation area at your location and delivers it to your guests freshly prepared. The presentation of the food is of great importance to us. Each event has its own theme and unique presentation. No other caterer can match the off-site presentation delivered by Joey's & George's staff.

All Joey & George's food items are our own recipes specifically prepared and served fresh. No institution, run-of-the-mill foods are a part of our menu. J & G dishes are only available at our catered events.

Just a few words regarding wedding preparations...
(or other sizeable events)
Weddings by their very nature tend to be emotion-filled events. Months of preparation and endless details which require considerable attention are a routine part of planning a wedding. Ask any recent mother of the bride. Add such features as the wedding reception or rehearsal dinner at a location that is unfamiliar to you or the question of what to serve at these functions. Is a certain place a feasible location for such events and what unique problems are presented by your choice of that location. Such questions can be almost endless as the family ponders the correct decisions.
Joey and George's staff, from your first contact, seeks to relieve you of the problems associated with providing food service for your event. We can make your event memorable in any setting which you choose. We have catered wedding events in national parks, barns, at lakeside, bed & breakfast locations, family homes and outdoor estates. You choose the location and we will make it work.
Our staff will meet with you and make suggestions, develop a unique menu and plan the logistics necessary to make it a joyous occasion. Once you retain Joey & George's, your food service issues are resolved; you can devote your efforts to other areas of the event. As we have often stated, "Almost anyone can prepare food, but few can totally plan and deliver a full-service event in seemingly effortless style." In reality, many can prepare food in their own facilities and drop it off at your event. This never happens with J & G. First, we have no fixed menus from which you must choose. Every event has a menu that is unique to that occasion.
Upon initial contact with our staff, our first inquiries will be the date and location of your event, the number of guests and your food budget. From this point, we set out to prepare a choice of menus which will fall within your budget constraints. You choose the menu most appealing or a combination of choices from several menus. We never require that you choose from established menus. The menu is unique to your event and within your budget requirements.
Once your choices have been made, your food-service issues are finished. Joey & George's, from that point, assumes the full responsibility for the catering of your incredible event.
